Lucy's Sunshine Report for September 12, 2013
1. Rawlin would appreciate prayers. He is at home after being in the hospital recovering from peumonia and lung cancer.
2. Lillian Baker finished her chemo treatments, and is now taking aggressive radiation treatments. She still needed 21 of the 33 treatments when I heard from her.
3. Mertie is recovering at home after being in the hospital for three weeks for a fractured pelvis.
4. Martha has been to East Tennessee visiting a very sick niece. She is counting the days until her Grandson will be home from Afghanistan, hopefully by the first of October.
5. Jim and Nancy are in Pigeon Forge where he is attending the NARFE regional meeting.
6. Sue Smart is still living at Riverview Terrace, and no longer drives. She will be there until Webb House is opened for residents, which will probably be at the end of the month.
7. W.C. sent an email saying he and Nelma had decided not to renew their NARFE membership.
