Lucy's Sunshine Report for January 12, 2012
1. Martha Bell was able to be with all of her family for Christmas except one grandson, who lives in east Tennessee. She was able to visit with him before Christmas when he was home on leave from Fort Bragg.
2. W. C. and Nelma had a good Christmas with their family. W. C. is still having to go to the doctor to have his Coumadin doses adjusted.
3. Mertie's excited that her grandson who has been in Afghanistan, and Italy returned home to Virginia on Christmas Eve. It was the exact same day that his dad returned from Viet Nam forty years ago.
4. Preston and Gloria had a good family Christmas, and are glad that everyone was well.
5. Art and Elaine went to Dollywood, and to see a couple of plays at Cumberland County Playhouse in Cookeville.
6. Carol Scott's granddaughter said that Carol is living in Pennsylvania, and hasn't decided yet if she will return to Tennessee to live.
7. Jim and Lanita Boyd are in Naples, Florida.
8. Our oldest son and his family from Wichita, and our youngest son and his family from Maryland were here for Thanksgiving. We went to Maryland for Christmas and the New Year.
