Lucy's Sunshine Report for January 13, 2011
1. We offer our condolences to Joe Adams and his family on the death of Tommye.
2. Nelma fell at the first of the month and was lucky not to have broken any bones.
3. Mertie enjoyed a visit from her grandson on New Year. He had recently returned home to Virginia from Afghanistan.
4. Harold and Peggy are planning a trip to Florida. It's the only state without snow.
5. Jim and Nancy enjoyed a Christmas visit from their son and his family who live in Tampa. Their grandchildren age 7 and 2 kept them busy, especially the 2 year old.
6. Art and Elaine were in Wyoming for Christmas and also to attend the christening of their great granddaughter.
7. Don and I spent Christmas and the New Year in Maryland with two of our sons and their families. Our oldest son returned home December 23rd from a year in Afghanistan with the Kansas National Guard.
