Lucy's Sunshine Report for September 9, 2010
1. Congratulations to Casey Wright. When I called Lillian Baker, she said that Casey had gotten married last Friday and was on his homeymoon in Pigeon Forge.
2. Tommie and Joe Adams weren't at the meeting because Joe fell at the mall, and he recently fell again at the doctor's office. It's good that he hasn't broken any bones.
3. W.C. and Nelma have been busy putting up vegetables from their garden and fruit from their apple and pear trees.
4. Harold and Peggy George are in Pigeon Forge.
5. Nancy and Jim Glenn will be going to Florida to visit their grandchildren.
6. Elaine Larson has been recovering from knee replacement surgery.
7. Barbara Scott has been spending a lot of time with her son who is recovering from knee surgery and isn't able to be out yet.
8. Carol Scott spent five weeks in Pittsburg visiting her daughter.
9. Don and I attended my 45th high school reunion last month at the Magness House.
10. Martha Bell visited her son and his family in Cartersville, Georgia.
11. Rawlin and Rawlin Jr. were scheduled for the jail ministry tonight.
12. Maxine is attending a revival at her church.
13. Mertie Clemmon called and said she isn't sick, but just not feeling well.
