Nancy's Sunshine Report for March 11, 2010
1. Martha Smartt was chosen to attend a Lady Vols game as a guest coach and got to sit right behind the bench. It was quite an experience for Martha and she even made the local newspaper. I am sure we will all have to ask Martha about her experience.
2. Carol Scott has been visiting in Pittsburg and was caught in a blizzard - her first.
3. Nelma and WC are going to Tracy City this month with the Just Friends lunch group.
4. Mertie Clemons' grandson was wounded in Afghanistan, but is doing okay and has been able to email and call his family.
5. Art and Elaine Larson are traveling as usual - this week to Wyoming, and they just returned from a cruise to Mexico.
6. Martha Bell has been taking care of her mother and she is doing better.
7. Elsie Newby has been busy cooking, and taking care of her grandchildren.
8. Harold and Peggy George are going to Destin soon.
9. Jim and Nancy Glenn are going to Tampa soon to visit their son and his family.
10. Just about everyone I called said they are tired of this cold winter weather and are ready for spring.
